摘要

本文介绍了3D打印混凝土复杂构件相关技术背景和研究现状,并对结合机械臂平台的3D打印混凝土系统、特制打印混凝土材料和打印复杂形态构件设计等方面进行了研究和探讨,在实验验证的基础上完善了机械臂3D打印混凝土构件技术并总结了3D打印复杂形态混凝土构件的设计流程。本研究设计了一种基于机械臂平台的3D打印混凝土系统,并开发了与之适配的特制混凝土材料和复杂形态建筑构件设计流程,接着在打印建造实验的基础上总结了机械臂3D打印混凝土的工艺控制。

This paper introduces robotic arm 3D printing concrete complex components related technical background and research status, and the concrete system, special printing 3D printing materials and printing complex form of concrete component design are studied and discussed, improving the 3D print concrete component technology and summarizing the design process of 3D printing complex form concrete member on the basis of experiment. In this paper, a 3D printing concrete system based on the robotic arm platform is designed, and the special concrete material and the design process of complex building components are developed. Then, based on the printing experiment, the process control of robotic arm 3D printing concrete is summarized. At the end of the paper on the development of 3D printing concrete technology, the outlook was made.
