对王宇跳高助跑 - 起跳的技术分析与训练干预研究

摘要

本文对跳高运动员王宇助跑起跳技术进行运动学研究,探讨其技术特征并分析不足之处,针对具体问题给出科学的训练建议并进行实际训练干预,是科研与实际训练干预结合的研究,期望为王宇突破个人最好成绩和我国跳高项目的发展做一份贡献。本研究运用三维高速摄影技术对我国跳高运动员王宇进行跳高助跑起跳的三维技术分析,通过文献资料法总结国内外对跳高研究的实用参数和理论,运用SPSS20对王宇的运动专项指标进行数理统计并进行相关性分析,通过王宇与世界优秀跳高运动员的运动指标对比分析,直观看出不足之处。通过研究得出对王宇的助跑-起跳技术结论如下:1、助跑准确踏上助跑标志物的能力较弱;2、助跑平均速度较慢;3、助跑后二步速度较慢;4、助跑后二步步长较短;5、助跑后二步内倾角较小;6、助跑倒二步摆动腿着地瞬间踝关节角度偏大;7、摆动腿摆动积极性较差;8、摆动臂的摆动积极性较差;9、起跳腿膝盖最大缓冲角度偏大。 导致这些问题的原因是:1、缺乏针对踏上助跑标志物的训练手段;2、绝对速度和专项速度训练单一;3、弧线助跑内倾训练较少;4、摆动腿后群的离心力量和爆发力不足;5、起跳侧大腿前群肌肉力量薄弱且后群离心力量较差;6、摆动腿内收肌和起跳腿踝关节力量欠缺;7、摆动腿和摆动臂的力量以及协调性不足等问题,这些问题最终导致了王宇与世界优秀跳高运动员间的差距,也是王宇长久以来无法打破个人最好成绩的桎梏。针对上述问题,笔者通过运动训练知识为运动员王宇提供了若干运动训练建议。为期六个月的研究过程中,运动员王宇一直严格按照笔者所提供的运动训练建议进行着每日的训练。

This study aims at high jump running approach and take off techniques of Wang Yu, a Chinese high jumper. This study discusses about the characteristics of his techniques, analyzes his weaknesses, and advises scientific suggestions to his training based on some practical problems to enhance his training efficiency. This study expects to help Wang Yu improve his personal best and contribute to the development of the Chinese track and field. This study conducts a 3D analysis of the running approach and take off techniques by 3D high speed photography; makes a literature review of some efficient theories and practical parameters of high jump by domestic and foreign researchers; utilizes SPSS20 to analyze the correlation of practical parameters of Wang Yu’s techniques; and directly discover Wang Yu’s weakness by comparing his parameters with other elite athletes. Some weaknesses are summarized as followed: 1. Weak in correctly stepping on check marks; 2. The average velocity of running approach is slow; 3. Slow penultimate step; 4. Short penultimate step and small approach angle; 5. Angle of ankle against the ground is too big at the moment the take-off foot is planted; 6. Small thigh-thigh angle; 7. Slow and nonstandard swing leg and arm; 8. Over-large buffering angle in take-off; 9. Over-long buffering time. Several possible reasons are found as followed: 1. Lacking training method that aims at accurately stepping on check marks. 2. No variable speed training methods in neither dash nor running approach; 3. Few workouts on curve running; 4. Weak power of hamstring of his right leg which does the knee drive; 5. Weak power of his left thigh which helps him take off; 6. Weak power of his right hamstring and left ankle 7. Lack of power and coordination of arm and leg. These problems above are the possible reasons why some foreign elite athletes are better than Wang Yu and why Wang Yu cannot break his own personal record. Targeting on these problems above, this paper introduces several suggestions to Wang Yu’s training methods based on professional theories of sports training. Wang Yu strictly follow the training plan during the six months when his data was collected.
