摘要

目的:本论文通过对全国800米纪录保持者滕海宁大赛赛前亚高原训练的海拔高度的选择、训练周期时长的把握、训练负荷的控制、训练内容的分配以及训练方法的选择进行研究,力求探索出一个具有个性化的高水平中跑运动员赛前亚高原训练的训练安排模式。将其个人大赛前的运动训练实践提炼成训练理论,总结出一套完备的、针对其个人的赛前亚高原训练理念和方法,并根据滕海宁个人的成功案例,指导更多高水平男子中跑运动员的赛前进行合理的亚高原训练,对实现中国男子中跑运动项目的再次辉煌提供运动训练方面的实践和理论支撑。对象:滕海宁2011年至2014年亚高原赛前训练的安排(训练计划、负荷、内容、方法)以及其2011年之前的平原赛前训练安排。方法:个案分析法、调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法。结论:1、800米运动员滕海宁对亚高原的最适应海拔高度为1600-1800米,在亚高原训练的持续时间约为40天,下平原至参赛时间控制在13-18天之内,比赛成绩最佳。2、对滕海宁行之有效的亚高原训练的周期为五周,分别为赛前适应周、基本训练周、强度上升周、最大强度周和调整恢复周,其中基本训练周的负荷量最大。滕海宁亚高原训练总体负荷量大于平原训练,总体负荷强度小于平原训练。3、滕海宁的训练内容主要有一般耐力、速度耐力、力量、柔韧、灵敏协调和专项速度素质,其训练比例根据不同训练课次的目标进行调整,但一般耐力占了滕海宁训练的主要部分,力量和柔韧课次可能偏少。4、滕海宁在亚高原进行赛前训练时,为了防止由于在亚高原缺氧环境中肌蛋白合成低下而导致力量丢失,与平原的赛前训练相比,相应地增加了力量素质的训练量。

According to Teng Haining’s successful case, to guide more high-level middle-run athletes and achieve the glory of Chinesemiddle-runprohect.Object: The arrangement of Teng Haining’s pre-competition sub-plateau training from 2011 to 2014.( taining plan, taining load, training content, training method and so on )Method: Case analysis method, survey method, literature review method, expert interview method, logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method.Conclusion: 1、The most adaptive altitude for Teng Haining is 1600 meters, the best training duration on sub-plateau for him is about 40 days and he can get excellent results in competition if the duration between ending the sub-plateau training and beginning the competition is 13 to 18 days.2、The effective period of pre-competition sub-plateau training for Teng Haining is five weeks, which is the pre-competition adaption training week, the basic training week, the intensity rising week, the maximum intensity week and the adjustment recovery week, in which the basic training week has the largest load.amount. Teng Haining’s overall load amount in sub-plateau is higher than plain training, and the overall load intensity is less than plain training. 3、Teng Haining’s training content conclude general endurance, speed endurance, strength, flexibility, sensitive coordination and special speed quality, the training proportion of all contents is adjusted according to theobjectives of different training class, but the general endurance accounted for the main part of Teng Haining’s training, and the strength and flexibility class are less than normal.4、Because the air on sub-plateau is thin, it can produce smaller resistance to Teng’s speed training, and the negative stimulation which sub-plateau produced is smaller than plateau. The spcial environment on sub-plateau is beneficial for speed training.
