高校宿舍区作为学生集体生活的场所,学生停留时间最长、活动最丰富。其景观环境对于促进学生个人发展、身心健康、创造力开发有着潜移默化的作用。因此宿舍区景观环境的规划设计日益得到重视。与此同时,随着高校校园实际建设需求变化、高校教育理念发展、校园规划理论与实践丰富以及学生行为活动在互联网时代的改变,对于宿舍区景观的需求发生了很大变化。基于这种转变,我国高校宿舍区景观空间也暴露出许多问题,如景观破败,缺乏维护;交通管理不到位,停车占用景观空间;大量绿地,特别是建筑附属绿地鲜有人问津;新增功能没有纳入整个宿舍区空间体系内,乃至破坏原有景观。在此背景下对我国宿舍区景观更新进行讨论,对之后研究及设计有着重要意义。本研究通过实地调研全国范围内多所高校宿舍区,对普遍存在的宿舍区景观问题进行了梳理,并以清华大学紫荆公寓区景观为例,通过文献研究、实地访谈、问卷统计、长期观察等多种手段,对宿舍区景观的功能、区位及构成元素进行了分析,并从专业的角度了解了学生对宿舍区景观的评价及需求,通过具体的设计方案,提出了整体性、综合性、文化性的景观更新策略。并以多级性为设计原则,在绿地系统中为户外活动空间设计了多个层次,并在着力在组团绿地中进行特色空间营造;在道路系统中增设连贯的慢行系统与健身步道,重新划分了机动车道并设计了道路断面;在服务设施方面,综合考虑时代需求与实际情况,规划快递自提柜等全天候服务商业设施;并且在更新设计中综合考虑了雨洪管理、校园停车等多方面问题。研究成果将为高校宿舍区景观更新提供一定的参考。
The campus dormitory area, where students spend the most time to stay and play, is a place for students’ collective activities. The landscape of the campus dormitory area plays a subtle role in promoting students' personal development, creativity, physical and mental health. Therefore, the planning and design of campus dormitory area landscape has been paid more and more attention.At the same time, with the actual requirement of the campus construction, the idea of college education, the development of campus planning theory and practice and the change of students' activities, the demand of campus dormitory area landscape has changed greatly. Because of this change, many problems have appeared in the campus dormitory area landscape of China, such as lack of landscape maintenance, bad management of traffic, ignorance of green lands in campus, new functions destroying the original landscape. In this context, it is significant to study the landscape renewal of campus dormitory area.Through the investigation of campus community landscape in several colleges in China, this study analyzes the common landscape problems. And the landscape of Tsinghua University Zijing apartment area has been taken as a case, through interviews, surveys, the evaluation and preference of users, the present situation of campus dormitory area landscape has been analyzed. Finally, a renewal strategy is put forward by the specific design scheme. The research results will provide some reference for the campus dormitory area landscape renewal.
