摘要

一直以来,铁路旅客运输作为国家交通运输的重要组成部分,以其安全、价格便宜等优点吸引了很大一部分旅客。随着人民物质生活水平的提高,旅客出行需求不断提升,道路运输、航空运输逐渐兴起,铁路面临着巨大的生存压力与挑战。面对严峻的竞争形势,铁路旅客运输做出一次又一次的调整,将挑战转变为发展的契机:普速客车六次大提速、近年高铁动车的迅猛发展、服务理念的转变等等。铁路旅客运输通过对自身软、硬件的提升推出了各种满足不同旅客需求的客运产品,客运服务工作取得了极大的进步。但是,随着科学技术的发展,与众多信息化产业相比,列车客运工作仍处于较为落后的状态:地面对列车的调度指挥传达不及时,安全、服务工作均需人工卡控,乘务人员工作繁重、精力消耗大,服务产品创新空间小等等。列车客运工作需要一个能够全面地、系统地辅助生产的信息化平台来完成调度、产品创新等时代要求。基于列车客运工作的需求,笔者完成了旅客列车乘务工作动态一体化管理系统的设计和运用,并在该系统基础上研发了有利于列车客运工作的多个子系统,实现了信息化控制指挥列车客运工作的基本要求,若能推广使用,将会对列车客运工作模式带来极大的转变,也会对铁路客运服务质量带来巨大的提升。

For a long time, the railway passenger transport is an important component of the national transportation, attracting large portion of passengers due to its security and price. With the improvement of people's living, passengers' travel demand is evolving. With the development of road transport and air transport, railway faces a great survival pressure and challenge. Facing fierce competitions, the railway passenger transport makes the adjustment time and time again to seek the development opportunity, e.g., accelerating speed six times, the rapid development of high-speed railway in recent years, the improvement of service quality. Railway passenger transportation made various passenger transport products to meet passengers' demand by means of promoting its software and hardware. Passenger service work has made great progress.However, with the development of science and technology, compared with a number of information industry, the railway work is relatively underdeveloped. Train scheduling command communication is not timely, while safety and service work is manually controlled. Workload of cabin crew is heavy and the innovation potential of service products is small. The railway work needs a comprehensive and systematic information platform to complete the scheduling and product innovation.Basing on the demand of the railway passenger crew work, the author completed the design and application of a railway passenger crew management system, which includes multiple subsystems for railway passenger transport. The system fulfilled the basic requirement of informatization in railway passenger transport. If widely used, it will greatly change the routine of crew work in railway passenger transport, and improve the quality of railway passenger transport service.
