采石活动为人类的社会文明发展做出了巨大的贡献，但同时也对生态环境和自然景观造成了极大的破坏，特别是产生了山体滑坡、水土流失等地质灾害隐患，并严重影响了城市整体的景观效果。 随着经济的发展和社会的进步，很多不合理的采石活动都被叫停，但随之产生的采石废弃地成为了新的环境问题，对采石废弃地的生态修复及景观重塑成为热门研究课题，新的策略和理念不断涌现，但是寒地城市由于受到气候、物种以及技术条件的制约一直发展迟缓，对于采石废弃地的生态修复还没有具体、完整的研究成果。 论文基于这一现状，尝试通过对采石废弃地的相关理论和案例研究，结合寒地城市绿地系统规划研究，梳理适用于寒地气候条件下的生态修复技术要点，并在此基础之上探讨应用景观设计手法解决寒地城市公园的冬季使用问题，为人们在寒冷气候下营造较为适宜的活动场所。 最后以辽宁省海城市的教军山采石废弃地作为研究案例，通过具体的生态修复技术手段以及寒地气候的应对措施，特别是关注水体、破损山体以及植物这三个方面的寒地生态修复过程，并结合寒地城市公园的景观营造需求，探讨应用景观设计手法积极参与城市生态修复及绿地建设的过程。
Quarrying activities has made great contributions to the development of human society, but also bring great damages to the ecological environment and natural landscape, especially lead to landslides, soil erosion and other geological disaster, and seriously affect the overall urban landscape effect. With the development of economy and society, many unreasonable quarrying activities have stopped, but the consequent abandoned quarry became the new environmental problems. The abandoned quarry land ecological restoration and landscape remodeling has become a hot research topic, and new strategies and ideas continue to emerge, but the development of cold city is slow due to the constraints of climate, species and technical conditions. And there is no specific and complete research results for the ecological restoration of abandoned quarry. The paper based on this situation, try to study the theory and cases of abandoned quarry, combining with cold planning of urban greenbelt system, carding ecological restoration techniques applicable to cold climatic conditions, and explore application of landscape design techniques to solve the problem of winter city park for people to create a more suitable place of activities in cold weather. Finally, by the case of Jiaojunshan abandoned quarry in Haicheng city in Liaoning Province, through specific ecological restoration techniques and countermeasures in cold climate, particularly by considering the cold ecological repair process of water, damage the mountain and plant, and by combining with the creation demand of winter city park landscape, the method of using the process of landscape design to participate in the repair and construction of urban green space ecology is explored.
