面对“97亚洲金融危机”，好莱坞电影的风靡袭港和内地电影产业的迅速崛起，90年代初期开始，香港电影产业开始持续低迷。2003年香港与大陆签订CEPA协议（《内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》）后，香港电影努力在内地寻求新的发展空间。与此同时，回归后的香港电影工业产业有了较大的演变。本论文通过收集整理九十年代初期开始的香港电影的票房业绩数据、年度影片市场类型、制片发行公司、香港电影海外票房、香港进口影片票房及数量、香港影院的数量及经营状况等数据，结合香港的经济、政治和社会环境等变化因素，把回归后的香港电影产业分为三大块（浪潮下的香港电影1998-2003、CEPA语境下的香港电影2004-2008、“金融危机”后的香港电影2009-2013）进行研究。论文中通过量化研究、质化研究和个案研究，深入分析了各阶段的电影产业变化深层次原因。在本文第六章通过合拍片的相关数据和影片类型模式，来探讨CEPA语境下的合拍片新突破。在最后一章对过去二十多年香港电影产业发展进行总结及探讨香港电影未来跟大陆电影的关系。在此框架指导下，本论文的研究方法主要采用1. 量化研究：主要收集和统计1993-2013香港电影TOP10票房、香港电影产量、进口片数量、香港影院数量、香港电影在海外主要国家的票房等数据，并深入研究每个阶段变化深层次的原因；2. 质化研究：本文采用质化分析法。在深入研究香港电影内容基础上，归纳出回归后香港电影发展的大致框架；3. 个案研究法：对近几年经典两地合拍片《激战》、《毒战》、《扫毒》的制作模式进行个案分析；4. 深入访问香港浸会大学电影学专业教授和内地从事香港电影及华语电影研究学者； 本文从产业的角度来系统研究回归后的香港电影产业的变化，对香港电影未来的发展及两地电影未来关系有一定的参考价值。

Faced with the “97 Asian financial crisis”,and the popularity of Hollywood’s movies and the raise of inland movie industry ,the Hongkong movie industry has been in a downturn since the early 1990s. After the CEPA agreement (“The arrangement about establishing the closer economic and trade relationship between the inland and Hongkong”) signed by Hongkong and the inland in 2003,the Hongkong industry has tried to seek new development room in the inland.Meanwhile,the Hongkong movie industry has wentthroug great revolution since the return of Hongkong .By analysing the HK movies’ box office data since the early 1990s, the movies’ types of the year,the production and issuing companies, the box office of HK movies abroad,the import movies’ box office and numbers in Hongkong,the numbers of cinemas in HK and their operating situations,this essay will study the development of HK movie in three parts(the Hongkong movie during 1998-2003、the Hongkong movie under the background of CEPA during 2004-2008、the Hongkong movie (2009-2013)after the financial crisis,with the changing factors of HK politics,economic and social environment.This essay analyse the deep reasons of the change of movie industry during different periods by quantitative 、qualititave and case studies.The chapter 6 discusses the new breakthrough of co-productions under the background of CEPA by analyzing the datas and the models and types of movies.The last chapter summarizes the development of Hongkong movie industry in the past over 20years and discussed the relationship of movie industries between Hongkong and the inland in the future. Under this frame,this essay mainly take the following methods:1.quantitative study:I mainly collect and analysis the box office of the top 10 of Hongkong movies、the number of Hongkong movies、the number of import movies、the number of cinemas in Hongkong、the box office of Hongkong movies abroad,and conduct the in-depth study of deep reasons of different periods.2.qualitative study:this essay take the method of qualitative analyzing to summarize the frame of Hongkong movies after its return ,on the basis of studying the Hongkong movies deeply.3.case study:I conduct the case study of the typical co-operations in recent years like “The fierce war”、“anti-drug”、“the clean of drug”.4.I visited the professors of film major in Hongkong Baptist University and the researchers inland engaged in the study of Hongkong films and Chinese films.This essay studies the change of Hongkong movie industry after Hongkong’s Return systematically and it has some reference value to the future development of the Hongkong movie and the relationship of movie industry between inland and Hongkong in the future
