抗日战争时期，是中国共产党由弱到强，由小到大逐渐发展壮大的重要时期。抗战爆发后，中国共产党党员的数量和党组织规模都得到快速扩大。但在迅速发展过程中，党的建设也面临一些新的问题和挑战。在这期间，中国共产党创办的党内刊物——《共产党人》在加强和改进党的建设，使中国共产党从一个弱小的，区域性的政党逐渐发展成为全国性的，广大群众性，思想上，政治上，组织上，完全巩固的无产阶级政党方面发挥了巨大的作用。在“抗战救国”这一大背景下，中国共产党逐渐摆脱共产国际的影响，探索建设符合中国国情的无产阶级政党。而加强党的思想建设是这一时期党的建设面临的首要问题。为此，党积极探索提高广大党员干部文化理论水平的途径和方法，对知识分子进行马克思列宁主义的理论教育，提升党员干部的党性修养水平，达到了从思想上巩固党的目的。在抓好党的思想建设的同时，党在党内法规体系、干部队伍和党支部建设等方面也进行了探索，促进了党的组织建设中国化的深入发展。随着抗战形势的发展，党在宣传工作中国化方面也进行了探讨和实践。党的宣传工作质量和水平逐渐得到提高，并取得了良好效果，为鼓舞全国军民坚持长期抗战发挥了重要作用。这一时期，党把群众工作和改进党风，大生产运动紧密相结合，把解决人民群众的实际问题和困难作为群众工作的切入点和落脚点，赢得了广大人民群众的信任和支持，为夺取抗战胜利奠定了扎实的群众基础。

It is the important period for the Communist Party of China from weak to strong, from small to large during the Anti-Japanese War period. After the outbreak of war, the number and size of the party organization of the Communist Party of China have been rapidly developed and expanded. However, there are some new problems and challenges in the process of rapidly development. In this sense, the thesis analyzed and discussed the role which how the Communist Party of China from a weak, regional party gradually developed into a nationwide, one of the masses，ideologically, politically and organizationally fully consolidated Communist Party of China by the Communists—the Communist Party of China(CPC) inner publication during this period.The Communist Party of China got rid of the influence of the Soviet Comintern gradually, and explored the construction of the Communist Party of China in line with China's national conditions，under the "War Salvation" background.It is the most important issue for the party building of strengthening the Party's ideological construction during this period. So, in order to consolidate the party ideologically, the Communist Party of China took some measures and ways to improve the theoretical level of culture of party members and cadres, and gave intellectual Marxist-Leninist theory of education, and improved the level of party cadres party spirit. At the same time, through the exploration of the sections of the legal system within the party，cadres and Party branch construction，the Communist Party of China promoted the building of party organizations in China's further development.With the development of the situation of the war, the Communist Party of China made some discussions and practices on the level of the party's propaganda work and achieved good results, which has played an important role on inspiring the nation's military in long-term resistance. In order to win the war and lay a solid mass base，combined with the large-scale production campaign　and improving work style, the Chinese Communist Party's mass work won the majority of the people's trust and supporting by solving the practical problems and difficulties of the people as the starting point and goal.
