摘要

高温气冷堆核电站示范工程为国家重大科技专项,是我国拥有自主知识产权面向4代的先进核电站,也是世界首座高温气冷堆商业示范电站,对高温气冷堆在我国乃至国际上的发展都有重要的影响和意义。启停堆系统作为核电站重要组成部分,其合理配置和安全运行直接关系到整个核电站的安全和可靠运行。本文将通过研究,确定一套与“两堆带一机”相适应的启停堆系统配置,并采用APROS软件对启停堆系统进行工程模型分析验证,解决启停堆系统设计中SG进出口参数控制、汽轮机冲转参数控制、反应堆紧急停堆后冷却参数的控制、启停堆系统设备长期运行、启停堆系统工艺配置及控制流程设计等多项关键技术难点问题。通过验证系统配置存在的问题和不足,并及时优化,最后确定了一套与两座堆带一台机相适应的启停堆系统配置方案,使其能够依照规定的启停工况曲线,实现机组正常启停,证明启停堆系统配置方案是合理可行的,其控制性能指标满足设计要求。课题的研究成果为高温气冷堆示范工程启停堆系统的设计提供技术基础,其研究成果已经直接用于指导高温气冷堆示范工程启停堆系统的工程设计,对今后的相同或类似工程应用推广形成示范效应,使其形成系列化和标准化。另外两堆一机的启停堆系统配置方案也能为三堆带一机和六堆带一机的启停堆系统配置提供很好的借鉴作用。

HTR-PM is Chinese major science and technology projects, is Tsinghua University's independent intellectual property rights for the advanced 4 generation nuclear power plant, but also the world's first commercial demonstration high temperature gas cooled reactor nuclear power plant, HTR-PM has important influence and significance in China and the world's development in the future.Start and shutdown system as an important part of HTR-PM, the exactly configuration and safe operation is directly related to the safety of nuclear power station and reliable operation.This paper will study and define a set of start and shutdown the reactor system configuration for “two reactors with a TG”, and analyzed by applicative software to verify the engineering model on the opening and shutdown system, solve the open shutdown system of SG design in the entrance and outlet of steam turbine running parameter control, parameter control, emergency reactor shutdown the cooling parameters control, and shutdown system in long-term operation, and equipment shutdown system configuration and process control of process design. A number of key technical problems. Through the system configuration to verify the existence of problems and shortcomings, and timely optimization, finally determined start and shutdown system configuration for “one TG driven by two reactors”, so that it can be in accordance with the provisions of the start and shutdown working curve, realize the unit normal start and shutdown; start and shutdown system design is reasonable and feasible, control the performance indexes meet the design requirements.Provide the technical basis for the design research for HTR-PM start and shutdown system, its research results have been directly used for start and shutdown system of HTR-PM guiding engineering design, for the same or similar engineering application form the demonstration effect, the formation of serialization and standardization. The start shutdown system configuration of one TG driven by two reactors can also bring very good reference for one TG driven by three reactors or six reactors.
