摘要

摘 要全球的能源危机和环境污染问题已经成为人类可持续发展的焦点问题。电梯是高耗能的特种设备,电梯节电的研究也是当前国内外学者研究的热点课题,论文围绕这个问题,在总结当前研究现状和技术发展的基础上,提出新型太阳能电梯系统的概念。论文主要从以下几个方面进行研究:功率变换电路的拓扑结构、MPPT(最大功率点跟踪)控制方法、PWM(脉冲宽度调制)调制方式、并网逆变器控制技术等。首先,论文详细分析了电梯节能技术的研究现状和存在问题,在传统的太阳能电梯的基础上提出新型太阳能电梯系统。新型太阳能电梯系统去除了庞大的蓄电池组单元,结合了能量回馈技术和太阳能并网发电技术。通过与传统电梯比较,详细分析了新型太阳能电梯系统的特点、工作原理和主要功能结构。其次,论文根据新型太阳能电梯系统的工作原理设计了系统的主电路结构,并在分析研究各种光伏并网逆变器电路拓扑的基础上,采用带工频变压器隔离的两级式三相并网逆变器拓扑。在此基础上根据系统要求对母线电容、滤波电感以及主功率元器件的参数进行设计和选型。然后,论文根据系统的两级式电路结构设计了其控制策略。通过分析比较各种MPPT控制方法的优缺点,系统采用定电压跟踪法和电导增量法进行最大功率点跟踪。通过分析SPWM(正弦波脉宽调制)和SVPWM(空间矢量脉宽调制)的优缺点,系统采用SVPWM的调制方式,提高直流电压利用率。根据并网逆变器的三相桥式电路特点,系统采用带DQ变换的双环控制,实现并网。最后,利用上述研究成果,以DSP(数字信号处理器)为平台搭建了一台50kW的新型太阳能电梯系统,并进行相关的实验研究分析,实验结果表明本系统能够满足设计的性能要求。关键词:太阳能电梯;并网逆变器;光伏;能量回馈

AbstractGlobal energy crisis and environmental pollution have become hot issues of the human sustainable development. Elevator is a kind of special equipment with high power consumption, so the research about how to save energy effectively is a huge task among researchers of both here and abroad. The paper will put forward a concept of a new type of solar-powered elevator system which is built on conclusion of researching status quo and technique development basis. The paper will also make an exhaustive study in these aspects: topological structure of power conversion circuit, MPPT Control method, PWM modulation method, Control technology of grid-connected inverter and so on. Firstly, the paper analyzes in detail the status quo and existing problems of technique for elevator energy-saving and advances a new type of solar-powered elevator system on the basis of traditional solar elevator. The new type of solar elevator system without large battery units, a combination of power feedback technique and solar power generation technology. Through the comparison with traditional elevator, the new system shows its features, operating principle and main function structure in this paper.Secondly, main circuit structure of system is designed according to operating principle of new solar elevator system, and it adopts three-phase dual-stage photovoltaic grid-connected inverter topology with power frequency transformer isolation, which is based on analyzing and researching on various grid-connected photovoltaic inverter circuit topologies. And then the system processes design and selection on Bus capacitance, filter inductance and the main power components parameter.Thirdly, the design of controlling principles is based on two-stage circuit structure. Comparing of advantages and disadvantages of every MPPT Control method, the system adopts incremental conductance method and processes maximum power point tracking. The system adopts accommodation mode of SVPWM by analyzing advantages and disadvantages of both SPWM and SVPWM and increases the efficiency of DC voltage. It also adopts dual loop control of DQ transformation and realizes grid connection.Finally, colligating above returns, the paper presents a 50KW new solar elevator system on the platform of DSP and carries out some relevant parameters. And the finding is that the system can fulfill the performance requirements of design.Key words: solar elevator; grid-connected inverter; photovoltaic; energy regenerative
