本文从非物质文化遗产传承规律的角度切入，将考察和研究的对象，确定为我国具有代表性的传统手工技艺景泰蓝，通过对其起源、生产过程、制作技艺、工艺演变及其当代传承保护与发展的研究，并结合实地调查、资料收集、整理和个案分析，概括总结其技艺发生、传承和发展的理论，探讨在非物质文化遗产视野下，景泰蓝保护的正确途径，方式和应该达到的目标。近些年来，非物质文化遗产概念的提出及保护工作实践的开展，使人们对传统手工艺及其物质呈现形态的研究，从更多地关注工艺及器物本身和相关发展史，向全面关注手工技艺的演变规律、传承方式，它与其物质呈现形态及与当下社会环境的相互关系拓展，更使人们认识到重视保护这些呈现文化多样性形态的非物质文化遗产的重要意义，从而更加以一种文化自觉，去认识和按照符合保护非物质文化遗产演变规律的科学方式来保护传统手工技艺。本文的研究指出，从非物质文化遗产保护背景下研究景泰蓝及其传承技艺的必要性，并描述了目前非物质文化遗产及景泰蓝研究的现状，从研究景泰蓝的兴衰历程：历经明清两代的发展兴盛期、清末至民国的衰落到新中国成立后的恢复与创新发展期，它在材料制备、造型样式、纹样设计、制作工艺上的演变，揭示其技艺传承的传承性、创新性、审美性和活态流变性。 在此基础上，说明社会环境和文化变迁与传统手工技艺创造的关系，并通过对景泰蓝传承特点的研究，分析作为传承主体的传承人在手工技艺传承中的价值和作用，以及他们的创造智慧和精湛技能对景泰蓝艺术发展的影响。本文还通过对北京地区景泰蓝发展现状的实地调研和考察，分析景泰蓝在社会经济体制转型期的当下处境，揭示其处在时代创新要求与自身发展困境中的机遇与挑战。今天当代社会经济与文化发展的前所未有的活力，人们对文化的多样化需求，都为景泰蓝的当代发展预示了充满希望的前景。在非物质文化遗产保护的视野下，景泰蓝的历史、文化、科学、审美价值和经济价值将会得到更深入的认知。在遵循科学保护规律的前提下，凝聚了一代又一代传承人智慧，想象力和手工创造结晶的景泰蓝，将会按照生产性保护的方式，坚持商品性与艺术性的统一，在活态传承、活态保护的良好生态环境中，呈现新的发展状态。

In this essay, cloisonné -- a very representative Chinese handcraftsmanship is chosen to be the subject of research, from the perspective of the transmission regularity of intangible cultural heritage. Through research on its origin, production process, production artistry, technique evolution, as well as its present transmission, safeguarding, and development, supported by field investigation, material collection, trimming, and case study, a summary has been made on the origin of its artistry, the theory of its transmission and development, in an attempt to find an approach in the view of intangible cultural heritage on appropriate ways of cloisonné safeguarding and anticipated goals of safeguarding.In recent years, with the introduction of the concept of “intangible cultural heritage” and the development of intangible cultural heritage safeguarding, the attention of the research on traditional handicrafts and its material presentation has been turned from artistry, object itself, and relating history of development to the transitional regularity and the transmission method of artistry in an overall manner. The mutual relationship between its material representation and the present social environment has helped people to realize how significant it is to safeguard intangible cultural heritage which is very substantial to cultural diversity, and therefore helped people to understand traditional handicrafts more in a way of cultural self-awareness and to safeguard the traditional handcraftsmanship in a scientific way which is in conformity with its transitional regularity. In this essay, it is pointed out that it is necessary to make research on cloisonné and its transmission in the context of safeguarding intangible cultural heritage and the status quo of intangible cultural heritage study and cloisonné study is described. In the essay, the rise and decline of cloisonné is covered, including its developing and rising in Ming & Qing dynasties, its decline in the end of Qing Dynasty and the time of the Republic of China, its time of restoration and innovation after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Its transition in material preparation, modeling style, pattern design, producing techniques through various historical periods presents its inheritance, innovation nature, aesthetics, and dynamic nature. On this basis, an indication on the relationship between social environment, cultural transition and traditional handcraftsmanship creation has been made. Through the study on the transmission characteristics of cloisonné, the value and role of the successors in artistry transmission as the main body of transmission, and the influence of their creative talents and exquisite skills on cloisonné development is analyzed as well. Furthermore, in this essay, through field investigation on the present developing condition of cloisonné in Beijing area, the present situation of cloisonné in the economic and social trans-formation time is also analyzed, revealing the opportunities and challenges the cloisonné handcraftsmanship is facing in the dilemma of innovation request and development. Today, the unprecedentedly dynamic development of contemporary social economy and culture, together with the diversified cultural demands of people has indicated a bright and hopeful future for the development of cloisonné. From the view point of intangible cultural heritage safeguarding, the historic, cultural, scientific, aesthetic, and economic values of cloisonné will receive more profound understanding. On the premise of adherence to scientific safeguarding regularity, the cloisonné, which has embodied the talents, imaginations, and handicraft creative quintessence of the successors age by age, will present new developing mood in the ecologic environment of dynamic transmission and dynamic safeguarding, following the way of productive safeguarding, persisting in the unity of commodity quality and artistic quality.
