高校高水平运动队经过20余年的发展,已初具规模,为我国竞技体育和学校体育事业的发展做出了巨大的贡献。学校学科建设关键是教师队伍,同样学校高水平运动队建设关键是教练员队伍。目前,在我国,体育系统教练员培训体系经过近三十年的发展,已经形成了较为完整的组织体系和制度框架,培训了大量的教练员,取得了丰硕的成果。然而,对于高校高水平运动队教练员队伍来说,培训工作尚未全面展开,培训的组织体系和制度框架不够健全,培训缺乏系统性、针对性、实用性。本研究在全面、系统地分析高校高水平运动队教练员特点的基础上,首次构建了适用于高校教练员的培训系统,并对其可行性进行了论证。研究为提升高校高水平运动队教练员综合素质、提高高校高水平运动队学生运动员的竞技能力提供借鉴,进而保证高校高水平运动队的可持续发展。论文采用文献资料法、数理统计法、比较分析法、逻辑分析法。归纳整理了2005年国家体育总局全国体育系统人才状况调研数据、2010年教育部高校高水平运动队评审自评报告,总结分析了目前我国体育系统教练员、“985”高校高水平运动队教练员队伍的基本素质现状,厘清了我国体育系统教练员培训体系建立与发展的脉络,比较分析了体育系统教练员与“985”高校高水平运动队教练员各自的特点。结果表明:体育系统教练员与高校高水平运动队教练员在学历水平、组织管理体系等方面存在差异,高校高水平运动队教练员有着较高的学历,较少的运动经历、执教经验。根据高校高水平运动队教练员队伍的特点,参照体育系统教练员培训体系,初步构建了高校高水平运动队教练员培训体系的理论框架。该框架由三个部分组成:组织管理系统,由高校高水平运动队的各个管理部门组成,整体调控培训体系的科学运转;培训辅助系统,主要指国家体育总局的师资(训练实践)方面的支持;培训实施系统,是培训体系核心,对高校高水平运动队教练员队伍进行培训。最后文章对该理论框架从组织层面、师资层面、经费层面进行了可行性分析,说明基于理论构建的高校高水平运动队教练员培训体系具有一定的可行性。
After 20 years’ development , the High Level Sports Teams in Universities and Colleges has reached a certain scale and made a great contribution to the competitive sports and physical education. As we all know that a strong contingent of faculty is a key factor in discipline construction while a contingent of high-level coaches is a key factor in the development of the High Level Sports Teams in Universities and Colleges.In China , the Training System for Coaches Served for Competitive Sports dates back to the 1980s, after nearly 30 years’s development ,it developed a fully-formed institutional framework and a good management system.Also, there are a lot of coaches participate various kinds of Training Courses and make a great progress in their coaching skills.However, when it comes to the Training System for Coaches for the High Level Sports Teams in Universities and Colleges, there is no special Training Courses for them. This paper, after a multianalysis on the characteristics of coaches in Universities and Colleges, establishes a theoretical frame of a new Training System for them for the first time and demonstrates the feasibility of the New Training System.This research will help to promote the comprehensive quality of the coaches and the competitive ability of student-athlete and then guarantee the sustainable development of High Level Sports Teams in Universities and Colleges.Using the methods of Literature Review, Mathematical Statistics, and Comparative Study .Collecting the data from “Research on the Status Quo of Human Resource in Sport System” and “Reports for the Assessment of High Level Sports Teams in Universities and Colleges”, this paper summarizes the status quo of coaches either from the Sports System or the Educational System ,clarifies the developing process of the Training System for Coaches Served for Competitive Sports and makes a comparative analysis of the two group. The results demonstrated that coaches in Universities and Colleges and coaches in Sport System have some differences in organizational and academice background. The former ones have a higher academic background but less experience. According to the characteristic of Coaches for the High Level Sports Teams in Universities and Colleges and the Training System for Coaches Served for Competitive Sports, establishes a theoretical frame of a new Training System for Coaches in Universities and Colleges.The New System has 3 components. The organizational structure which is composed of administrations of High Level Sports Teams in Universities and Colleges, is responsible for regulation and control of the system; The supporting system which means the qualified coaches from the General Administration of Sports; The Training System——the core of the new system, which is in charge of the training procedure.Finally, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the New Training System from the aspects of organizational structure, faculty and funds.The results show that the New Training System is feasible in theory.
