本文是一篇关于书信传递中情感沟通设计的研究报告。着重分析提取了书信及书信传递中所蕴含的情感要素,并对此加以深入研究与设计实验。以“传书”作为创作主题,尝试对于相对模糊的广义“传书”概念进行历史梳理,对于众多的种类形式加以整理分析,比较其与无线通讯、网络媒介等现代通信手段的存在现状,关注在科技手段日新月异、生活节奏不断加快的当代生活中,人际间交流虚拟化、短时化、冷漠化现象,反思现代信息媒介传播的负面性之一,即情感缺失问题。本文的“传书”是一个特指的概念,是书信与书信传递行为的概念总称,并非完全等同于邮政邮寄的单纯概念。文章以传统书信传递形式具有的情感沟通优势为创作重点,整理了在信件的物质载体、文字书写、信件传递过程、珍藏等行为中体现的这种优势。具体创作主要针对传统书信系统中各种载体的形式创新,以及在信件传递过程中情感互动的形式创新,力求在创作理念与视觉传达形式手段上均有所突破。
