物流业是融合运输业、仓储业、货代业和信息业等的复合型服务产业，是国民经济的重要组成部分。2009年初国务院把物流业列入了十大振兴产业之一。A公司作为民营物流企业中的佼佼者，如何在风起云涌的物流市场和金融危机中开拓新局面，谋求更好发展，是摆在公司面前的一项重要课题。当前A公司经营效率较低，信息化程度较滞后，急需一套设计更为科学、定义清楚、计算规范、实用性强的“A公司营运与管理评价指标体系”。该指标体系主要是作为A公司经营效益、运输效率、服务质量、投资决策、综合管理水平等方面的标准、也是A公司统计口径的标准统一、实现标准化操作、评选各子公司管理水平等内容参考依据。也将从整体上提高A公司的综合管理水平。 本文分析了物流企业运营和管理评价指标体系研究的发展历程和最新趋势，提出了采用SCOR评价模型作为A公司的营运和管理评价指标体系的模型。依据A集团的业务流程把一级指标划分为：计划、仓储、配送和客服，在一级指标下又划分了二级指标。并采用了层次分析法确定了一级指标的权重，采用主成分分析法确定了二级指标权重。文章最后设计了A公司供应链管理环境下的物流信息系统和在这系统下可为供应链成员提供的物流增值服务。

The logistics industry is the compound service industry of information industry, transportation industry, warehouse industry etc. It is the important part of the national economy. Logistics industry has been regarded as one of ten promoting industries by State Council since the beginning of this year. A company is an outstanding enterprise among private capital logistics enterprises, how to expand new situation and seek better development in logistics market during finance crisis is an importance topic in front of the company. Currently the efficiency of A company management is lower, the degree of informationization is relatively lag, it needs a set of "A company operation and management evaluation index system" urgently ,which is designed more scientifically, practically, definitely clear, calculation normally. This index sign system is mainly to be the standard of management performance, conveyance efficiency, service quality, investment decision, comprehensive management level etc. In A company, it is also the standard reference of the company unify to realize standardized operation ,judge and decide the management level of each subsidiary etc. It will also promote comprehensive management level of A company. This thesis analyzed development process and new trend of logistics enterprise for enterprise operation and research of management evaluation index sign system, put forward adopting SCOR evaluation model as the model of operation and management evaluation index sign system in A company, the first class index is divided into index about plan, warehouse, distribution, customer service according to the business process in A company, the second class index is divided under the first class index. The weight of the first class index is obtained by adopting analytic hierarchy process. The weight of the second class index is obtained by adopting main ingredient analytic method. At last the thesis design the logistics information system of A company under the environment of supply chain management, and A company can provide the logistical value added service for supply chain members.
