摘要高温气冷堆示范电站(HTR-PM)的蒸汽发生器是其关键设备之一,它对整个HTR-PM的效率和安全可靠有着重大的影响。蒸汽发生器的可靠性在很大程度上取决于传热管的完整性,即结构完整性。按照运行管理规定,只要蒸汽发生器管子的泄漏率超过最大允许泄露值,电厂就必须停堆。HTR-PM蒸汽发生器传热管根据其工况不同,在预热段和蒸发段以及过热段应采用不同材质的传热管。选取的传热管的机械性能和不同材质的传热管的焊接成为本文研究的主要内容。1968年以前,人们从18-8奥氏体不锈钢作为传热管的材料研究开始,经历了I-600MA、Inconel-600TT、 Inconel-690TT、I-800等几个阶段,基本解决了各个阶段发生的应力腐蚀、晶间腐蚀、耗蚀等问题。本课题结合HTR-PM蒸汽发生器传热管的实际工况、材料采购周期以及经济性等内容,进行了预热段、蒸发段和过热段材料的选取;在传热管的制造方面,主要介绍了钢坯的选取、制造工艺以及热处理工艺。在传热管的检验方面,主要介绍了传热管的化学成分分析、传热管的尺寸、重量、外观质量、力学性能、以及各种工艺试验等内容。总结了高温气冷堆蒸汽发生器传热管的技术条件,为编制相关的标准奠定了基础。在异种材料焊接的方面,介绍了焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接坡口研究结果,同时给出了焊缝的检查、以及焊接工艺评定等内容。为将来HTR-PM蒸汽发生器的实际生产奠定了技术基础。
AbstractSteam Generator is the key equipment of the High Temperature Gas Cooled Reactor's demonstration power plant. It effects the capability,security, reliability of HTR-PM. Steam Generator's integrality depends on the heat exchange tubes. According to the rules on the running arrangement. When the leakage of the heat exchange tubes is beyond of the most leakage that permitted. The power plant must stop. According to the different circumference, The heat exchange tubes of the steam generator should select the different materials. This article studies on the mechanical character of the heat exchange tubes and the welding of the different materials. Before 1968, people began to study materials of the heat exchange tubes with 18-8 austenitic stainless steel. Come through with I-600MA、Inconel-600TT、 Inconel-690TT、I-800. the material used now can solved problems such as stress corrosion. Intergranular corrosion. According to the working conditions. Purchasing period and economy of the steam generator of HTR-PM, this article should select the material of preheating section, evaporation zone and superheat section. For manufacturing, the article introduces the billet selection, manufacturing and heat treatment technology. for checking up, the article introduces the chemical component, dimensions, weight , presentation quality, mechanical property and technical tests about the heat exchange tubes. The article sums up the technical requirement of the heat exchange tubes. Because of the different materials of preheating section, evaporation zone and superheat section. Different metals' welding is a problem , the article introduces welding methods, welding materials, welding groove and welding technology and welding inspection.
