摘要

本论文旨在研究一种经济有效的处理四环素废水的方法,并在此基础上研究循序间歇反应器(SBR)的基质的降解规律。实验结果表明,好氧SBR处理四环素水是可行的;CaO作为投加剂可达到去除四环素、草酸、COD和调整PH等多种效益;发现了四环素的降解性能和四环素的抑制作用与其浓度的关系;研究了SBR的基质降解规律及进水阶段曝气与否对基质降解的影响;厌氧、好氧的交替运动可有效地脱氮;酸化水解可消除泡沫;四环素母液中的草酸可回收利用。本论文是国内首次针对四环素类废水的特点,进行以预处理为主的实验研究,并对废水中残余四环素的效价进行了测定,考察了其对生物处理的影响。本论文也是第一次根据四环素废水的排放特点,把SBR引入制药废水的处理中。

This paper aims at studying an economic and effieiont process for tetracycline waste water (TCWW) treatment, and based on it, studying thre mechansism of substratre removal in sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR).The conclusion is that it is feasible to treat TCWW in SBRS. By putting Cao in TCWW the removal of TC, H2C2O4, COD and the adjustment of pH Can be achieveds. The removal property of TC and the relationship between TC’s restraint and its concentration are found. The mechanism of substrate removal in SBRS and the effect of aeration during fill period on substrate removal are stutied. Denitrific ation can be achieved by atternative of aerobic/anaerobic period. Anaerobic acidification can reduce foam. The H2C2O4 in TCWW can be recoveried.In our country, it is the fistr time that I make such a study in which the pretreatment is as a focal point according to TCWW’S property. And at the first time I messure the concentration of Tc in TCWW ans study TC’S effect on biotogical treatment and use SBRS for TCWW treatment.
