摘要

随着企业面临的经营环境越来越复杂、技术变化速度越来越快,知识作为企业的无形资产越来越重要,企业与外部组织之间的知识传递和合作知识创造活动也越来越受到重视。在诸多外部组织中,供应链伙伴是很重要的一种,并且随着世界商业组织的模式发生了巨大变化,供应链在商业活动的地位中越来越重要,供应链上下游成员之间固有的相关性决定了他们之间存在“知识流”,这样就形成了供应链情境中的知识传递和知识创造这一交叉研究方向。本文针对目前该方向研究的不足,以汽车生产供应链为研究对象,从供应链情境的特点出发,结合知识传递与知识创造之间的关系、生产商与供应商的差别、以及供应商角色的差别,构建研究框架。抓住供应链上下游企业之间在知识创造方面的相互依赖性,研究了三个方面的内容:知识创造之间的相关性;知识传递;共同创造知识。秉承创新管理和知识管理中以专利数据构建计量指标的研究方法,开展实证的研究。取得的主要成果包括:1)从时间的维度上探讨了汽车生产供应链上下游企业之间知识创造活动的相关性,发现双方存在长期的均衡,即长期以来双方的知识创造活动具有同增同减的趋势,一方的知识创造受到对方的制约,双方的知识创造活动同时发生变化,而不是一方触发另一方,并且发现上下游企业对待均衡关系态度不同,揭示了生产商更加在意供应链整体任务的要求;2)讨论了一方从对方获取知识的倾向对自身知识创造活动的影响,并且发现了上下游企业的差异,供应商越倾向获取生产商的知识,越能提升自己的知识创造水平,而生产商则不能通过获取供应商的知识有效提升自身的知识创造水平;3)双方都是通过向上传递(从生产商到供应商方向的知识传递)获益:供应商通过获取生产商的知识提升自己,生产商通过向供应商提供知识,培养供应商,使双方的知识创造在较高水平上达到均衡,从而提升自己;4)把供应商角色引入到供应链知识传递和共同创造知识的研究,揭示了不同供应商在与生产商的基于知识的合作活动中有较大的差异。

Knowledge had been treated as one of the most important resources in firms while surrounding within turbulent business environment and rapid technology changes. Firms incline to acquire knowledge from or create knowledge with some outside sources. Among these sources, an important type is supply chain partner. Along with the changes in organization structure of world business, supply chain has been emphasized in business activities. There are inherent relationships between upstream and downstream members, and which lead to the forming of knowledge flows between them. Thus, a new direction of inter-disciplinary research, knowledge transfer and knowledge creation among supply chain context has been formed.This research builds a framework for the issues of knowledge transfer and knowledge creation in the supply chain context and choice the auto manufacturing supply chain as the research subject. The special character that there are inherent interdependences between manufacturers and suppliers has been focused on and three contents should be analyzed: the relationship of knowledge creation between manufacturers and suppliers; knowledge transfer between them; and knowledge creating together. Succeeding to traditional method that use patent data as proxy to measure knowledge creation and knowledge transfer in the fields of innovation management and knowledge management, we initiate empirical studies. The main harvests we gain include: 1)We find a positive relationship of knowledge creation between manufacturers and suppliers for a long run, and verified there is an equilibrium between them, and one side is shaped by the other side. Both sides change rather simultaneously than one trigger the other. Furthermore, we find manufacturers are more care for the equilibrium. 2) Having discussed the impact of knowledge acquirement from the other side on own knowledge creation, we found suppliers can improve their own knowledge creation by acquiring more knowledge from manufacturers, but it is not true reversely. 3) Both sides can benefit from knowledge transfer from manufacturers to suppliers, supplier can learn from manufacturers, and manufacturers improve their own knowledge creation through cultivating suppliers so they can build a higher equilibrium. 4) Suppliers’ role is a significant factor that influences the knowledge transfer and knowledge creating together between manufacturers and suppliers.
