本文主要对宋代绘画史籍中的画学思想进行研究。 在宋代中央政府的重视和参与下,在“郁郁乎文哉”的文化环境中,宋代画学取得了前所未有的成就。本文以宋代绘画史籍文本为研究对象,将宋代绘画史籍按各自特点,大致分为通史性画史、断代画史、地方性画史、笔记体画史、官修著录体画史五类。本文既从绘画史学的角度,研究这些绘画史籍的撰写体例之特点及其绘画史学思想;又从绘画理论的角度,研究这些绘画史籍中的绘画批评理论与绘画品鉴理论等。 本文在研究中,注重古代文献资料的查阅考证和引用,槌骨历髓,提要勾沉,目的是通过对宋代绘画史籍文本的辨析梳理,展示宋代画学的整体风貌及突出成就,揭示宋代画学思想的普遍意义和学术价值,探讨画学思想与绘画创作变迁嬗替的相互影响和相互制约的关系。 通过研究,本文发现,一方面,从绘画史学的角度来说,宋代不但继承了接力式的画学著述撰写传统,而且各种绘画史体例基本完备,写作方法成熟;官方首次积极地参与到画学著述的编撰中来;尤为重要的是,绘画史籍中“不苦立褒贬”、“见者方可下语,闻者岂可轻议”的治史观念的提出,实地收集资料的治史方法的实践,以及“因门得画,因画得人”的编撰方法的实施,标志着宋代绘画史学思想的形成。另一方面,苏氏蜀学及程朱理学奠定了文人画重“人品”、“涵养”、“意境”的理论基础。以苏氏文人群为导向、以程朱理学为意识形态背景的宋代绘画思潮(主要是方兴未艾的文人画思潮),在宋代绘画史籍中不断得到鲜明体现。宋代绘画史籍的写作,就是一个不断的阐释、深化文人画理论的过程。通过不断的阐释和深化,新的绘画批评范畴如“气韵非师”、“三病”、“逸品”、“六要”、“六长”等,逐步建立起了文人画理论的基本框架。它们不但对当时的绘画创作和画学思想产生了极大影响,而且对元、明、清的绘画创作及画学思想产生了深远影响。足见宋代画学思想的普遍意义和学术价值。 宋代绘画史籍中表现出的绘画史学理论及画学思想,对于我们今天建设具有中国特色的绘画史学科及当代绘画批评理论,仍然具有积极的、重要的借鉴意义。加强对中国传统绘画史学及画学思想的研究,是我们传承和发展中国美术史学科、建立中国当代美术理论的一项重要工作。
In my PhD thesis I mainly study the artistic ideas of painting historical documents in Song dynasty. The unprecedented achievement had been made about drawing science of song dynasty with the close attention and participation from Song central government in a special culture. The research object in my paper is painting historical documents, which is divided into five parts: general painting history, painting history by period, local painting history, recorded painting history by officer. From the angle of painting history, the writing composition and painting ideas are studied, furthermore, from the angle of painting theory, the criticism theory in painting history and painting identifying are studied. I pay much attention to the investigation and introduction of ancient literature, the aim is to make clear the song dynasty art and show the integration and its achievement, and disclose the general meaning and value, explore the art idea and the relation between idea and drawing. The findings in my paper have two aspects, one aspect is: from the angle of Painting Historical Studies, people not only accepted the tradition in Song dynasty, but also made the composition method ripe. Furthermore, government first actively participated it, especially, a new and creative idea was proposed. Another aspect, Su’s and Zhu’s established the theory basement about “personality”, “conservation”, “artistic conception”. Guided by Su’s, under the background of Chenzhu’s ideology, painting thought in Song dynasty is constantly and obviously embodied in the painting historical documents of Song dynasty. They not only exert great influence on contemporary painting production and painting thought, but also exert deep influence on painting production and painting thought of Yuan, Ming, Qing dynasty. It is enough to say that drawing thought in Song dynasty had general meaning and academic value. The artistic ideas of painting history in song dynasty have active and important role for establishing the drawing science and current drawing criticism theory with Chinese characteristics. Strengthening the study of Chinese traditional drawing history and artistic idea is an important work for accepting and developing Chinese art history and constructing Chinese contemporary art theory.
