本文以通用设备上实现大长径比的局部镦粗为对象,对导向模镦粗工艺进行了分析和试验研究。 (1)、导向模镦粗工艺在一次行程内完成大长径比的局部镦粗,解决了锥形冲头镦粗的工位多、火次多及效率低等问题。 (2)、以铅模拟试验和热态钢生产形试验相结合的方法,研究了工艺几何参数对变形的影响以及对镦粗工艺力的影响。此外,对浮动模方法进行了试验研究,扩大了该工艺的应用范围。 (3)、根据试验结果,提出了选择合理工艺参数的图表方法,并设计了曲柄压力机用导向镦粗模具,该模具采用了浮动装置和机械式柔性夹紧机构。
In this paper, a new technique named Cuide Upsetting is presented, by which the ocal upsetting of large ratio of length to diameter can be efficiently performed within one stroke on conventional mechanical presses. The experimental investigations on this technique are conducted. By the substitution of the technique for conical shape punch upsetting, the problems of too many forming stations, too many heats and inefficiency during the deformation are resolved. Frist of all, a trial test is made on the guide upsetting. The influence of the geometric parmeters of the technique on the deformation and the forming load is researched by the simulating experiment with lead and the practical trial with hot steel. In addition, an experiment is carried out on a floating die so that the application of the guide upsetting is expanded. On the basis of experiments, the graph for choosing the rational technique parameters is obtained. Mreover,a guide upsetting die set on a crank press is designed on which a floating unit and a flexible mechanical holding device are adopted.
