摘要

动态交通分配模型是动态交通网络分析的重要组成部分。由于考虑了交通需求的时变性,动态模型能够更准确地描述城市交通网络上出行者的出行路径选择行为,更好地反映网络交通流的动态特性,从而能够有效地预测、评价各种城市交通对策和交通政策的效果。同时,动态交通分配模型也是动态交通管理的理论基础。本课题旨在前人研究的基础上,力图发展动态交通分配模型。本文提出了动态交通分配模型建模内在协调性的概念以及保证模型内在协调性的方法,应用最优控制理论分别建立了连续时间形式的动态系统最优分配模型和动态用户最优分配模型,给出了求解两个模型的离散形式的算法,并将应用动态用户最优分配模型建立了动态网络交通信号最优分配模型。本文还讨论了动态出发时刻/出行路径选择用户均衡的概念,建立了动态出发时刻/出行路径选择的变分不等式模型,并讨论了该用户均衡状态的存在性与唯一性条件。

Dynamic traffic assignment model is an important component of dynamic network analysis models. Considering time-varying travel demand, this model can describe more precisely travelers’ route choice behavior and the dynamic characteristic of network traffic flows. Thus dynamic traffic assignment model can be used to evaluate various countermeasures of traffic congestion and transportation policies. Furthermore, it is a theoretical basis of dynamic traffic management.The objective of this thesis is to develop the new dynamic traffic assignment model based on the former research. After the review of the state of the art, the concept of internal consistency of models and the way to satisfying it are introduced. Following this line, a dynamic system optimum traffic assignment and a dynamic user optimum traffic assignment models are formulated as equivalent continuous time optimum control problem, and the algorithms for discrete version of these models are proposed. Furthermore, a dynamic network optimum traffic signal settings model is discussed.Finally, the concept of the dynamic departure time/route choice user equilibrium is discussed and a variational inequality formulation of this user equilibrium is proposed. Applying the theory of VI, the conditions of the existence and uniqueness of the dynamic user equilibrium model is discussed.
