蓝光光学头是新一代光存储系统——蓝光光盘系统的核心部件,目前我国在蓝光光学头的设计研究方面处于刚刚起步阶段。本文综述部分介绍了光存储技术的发展历程及进展,对目前国际主流光学头技术方案进行了对比分析,并阐述了蓝光光学头研究工作的背景和意义。蓝光光学头的设计主要包括光路结构方案的设计,光学元件的选型设计,机械平台装卡夹具的设计和简单的电路设计。调试内容讲述了光学头的安装过程和调试结果文中首先根据光学头工作原理,结合CD、DVD的光学头结构,概括出了一般光学头设计原理框图。根据光学头设计原理框图,结合蓝光光盘系统的特点及要求和蓝光光学头技术指标提出了两种蓝光光学头的光路方案,分析了两种方案的优缺点,做了对比选择。随后根据选择的方案做了光路元件选型设计,机械元件和电路元件设计,阐述了光学头的装配调试及结果。在光学元件设计中,介绍了激光器元件的对比选型,对物镜的非球面设计理论以及在ZEMAX中仿真设计需要注意的问题做了详细介绍,对设计结果做了评价。文中还阐述了准直镜的非球面设计方法和双胶合设计方法,给出了ZEMAX中仿真结果,并进行了对比分析选择。在准直镜之后还介绍了整形棱镜和柱面镜的设计以及玻璃的技术要求。在完成所有光学元件设计后,仿真了光学头光路。在机械元件设计中,针对选定和设计的元件外型,提出了相应的机械结构设计和工艺要求,给出了机械结构的装配图,解决了各光学元件的安装位置问题。电路设计方面,介绍了恒功率控制系统原理、RF信号和聚焦误差信号获取方法,绘制了原理图。 在光学头装调部分介绍了装调平台的组成,提出了光学头安装的三个关键步骤,分别是准直镜的安装、物镜的安装和柱面镜的安装,针对这些安装问题分别给出了详细的解决方案和步骤。在光学头调试完成后,获取了蓝光光学头的聚焦光斑、聚焦误差信号和开环RF信号,对得到的光斑和信号做了分析,说明设计调试结果符合使用要求。
Optical pickup is still the core of the Blu-ray disc system, the research on the Blu-ray optical pickup is in its infancy in our country. The overview of this paper reviews the developments and achievements of the optical memory, do a comparative analysis on the main technical scheme of optical pickup, and expound the background and signification of the research on the Blu-ray optical pickup.The optical pickup design mainly contains four parts, first is the design of the optical path, second is the design of the optical elements, third is the mechanic design and the last one is the circuit design; and the debugging of optical pickup is composed of two parts, one is the assemble of the optical pickup, another is the result of the optical pickup.This paper gives a figure about the general optical path for the optical pickup base on the principle of the optical up and the CD, DVD optical path, then according the figure and the Blu-ray disc format gives two optical paths. The analysis of these two paths is given, and then chooses a better one as the final optical path. The design of the optical elements, mechanic design, the circuit design and the assembly and result of the optical pickup are introduced after the optical path design finished. In the design of the optical elements part, the selection of the laser diode is introduced, then the theory for the aspheric objective lens design and how to use ZEMAX to simulate lens are described. There are two methods in designing collimator lens: use one aspheric lens or use combination of lenses, both of these two design types are given. Further more, the design of the Beam shaping lens and the cylinder lens are also described. The whole optical path is showed by ZEMAX after all of the optical elements design finished. This paper introduces the mechanic design according to the figures of the optical elements; the assembly drawing is given as guidance for the assembly optical pickup. In the circuit design parts, the laser power control and the signal detect are introduced, the circuit figure is given. This paper expatiate the assembly flat for the optical pickup, point out three important assembly step—the assembly of the collimator lens, objective lens and cylinder lens, and then give the solution for these assembly step. The beam spot, RF signal and focus error signal are given after assembly finished, the analysis of these signal indicates that the Blu-ray optical pickup could measure up to the optical pickup specification.
