广场、绿地地下空间是城市地下空间的重要子系统。城市的集约化发展和社会经济、文化的进步,使城市中心区土地稀缺性非常突出,人们对城市中心区环境质量的要求也越来越高。在大城市中心区改造和新兴中心的建设当中,广场、绿地的相互融合及其与地下空间的协调开发成为一种新的趋势。当前我国许多大城市的经济飞速发展,对城市更新改造方法及城市发展方向的探索急需不断深入,由于地下空间开发的可逆性较差,所以地下空间规划及地上、地下空间协调发展的研究则更为迫切。 本论文通过大量的文献收集与实例调查,分析了国内外大城市当前广场、绿地地下空间开发利用的现状和经验,研究和探讨在城市现代化建设中,广场、绿地地下空间开发利用的理念和设计方法。针对广场、绿地与地下空间开发利用的矛盾和疑点,对合理开发地下空间在扩大广场、绿地的城市空间容量,完善和拓展广场、绿地的功能,适应时代发展需要的重要作用,以及城市更新和改造中,利用地下空间开发,保护和开辟广场、绿地,缓解历史风貌保护与城市现代化的矛盾的机理进行了深入的剖析,总结了广场、绿地与地下空间协调开发的方法和设想。 论文由以下几部分组成:引言部分提出广场、绿地地下空间开发利用的背景,并界定研究范围;第一章简要总结了城市广场、绿地的基本特点,论述了城市广场、绿地与地下空间相结合的必要性和可行性,分析了我国目前在广场、绿地及其地下空间的规划设计方面的一些不足;第二章探讨了城市广场、绿地地下空间开发利用的设计理念,对广场与绿地相互交叉、融合的发展趋势,其地下空间开发利用在城市中的重要作用,以及地上、地下空间协调发展的关系作了阐述,第三章是对广场、绿地地下空间设计方法的研究,包括对广场、绿地地下空间开发利用规模与布局,其顶部植物的种植与保护,地上、地下空间统一规划设计的主要方法及室内环境质量和安全等问题进行探讨;在结语中,概括了研究的主要结论,并对今后城市广场、绿地及其地下空间的发展,从规划设计、技术措施和管理等方面提出了一些建议。
Through a great deal of work in collecting information and on-site investigating, this thesis discusses the ideas and design method of development and utilization of underground space of urban square and green area in course of urban modernization.Urban square and green area are important parts of open space in cities. With the intensified urban development and the progress in social economy and civilization, land shortage has become a very serious problem in urban central area, and at the same time, the requirement for environmental quality is getting higher and higher. In the renewal of the old central area in large cities and the construction of newly developing urban center, the combination of square and green area and their harmonized development with the underground space has become a new trend.This thesis includes the following chapters:The first chapter generalizes the basic characteristics of urban square and green area, discusses the necessity and feasibility of the combined development of urban square and green area with their underground space, analyzes the weakness in planning and design practice currently in China.The second chapter probes into the design idea of the development and utilization of underground space of urban square and green area, addresses the trend of intersection and combination of urban square with green area, the importance of space under square and green area in cities, and the harmonized development of underground and above ground space. The third chapter deals with the design method, including the scale and layout of underground space development, the planting and maintenance of plants above the roof of underground buildings, the unified planning and design method of underground and above ground space, as well as the quality of interior environment and safety issues.
